NationSwell is seeking an Accounts Director to oversee the development and execution of partnerships across storytelling, strategy, content, impact campaigns and events. The Accounts Director will be a leadership role within the NationSwell Impact Studio, which partners with mission-aligned companies and organizations to produce campaigns, content, and experiences that advance social impact efforts.

The Accounts Director will oversee partner deliverables, activate campaigns, lead the accounts team and coordinate across internal teams (business development, editorial, video, audience growth and the NationSwell Council). The ideal candidate will be passionate about creatively elevating stories of impact, delighting partners with flawless execution, and expanding NationSwell’s reach, offerings, and impact. A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management, with core elements of marketing, movement building, and strategy. Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments a plus; love for social impact a must.
